With a pedigree borne of our research and development from last year’s hot model, the Alpine Shield, it’s stylish and strong and aimed at those with a pure rock agenda who want to climb clean, light and clear.

From this brief the Rock Lite is a slimline in-mould EPS model, perfect for all round cragging, which has an optimal fit via quick-click volume adjustment. Well vented for summer, abroad or at home, it sits superbly on soft EVA pads with a Coolmax covering keeping it cool even in the tightest spots helped by a super secure, quick release chin strap.

Nothing is left out, for example the headtorch fittings are simple to use and very effective and, if you do end up in harsher climates they're made of acetal which performs perfectly in low temperatures.

EXCLUSIVE - as a big bonus feature the Rock Lite exclusively retains the three screw fittings that would allow for placement of ‘The Shield’ polycarbonate cover as used on the Alpine Shield helmet – and with the enhanced stonefall protection The Shield gives, the horizons widen for you and your helmet, meaning if your agenda changes, your helmet can too.
